First thing this morning our septic alarm goes off. At 7:30am we call SP. From the first call with Brian, to the follow up cal with Tanya the service was fantastic. They said we would have someone on-site to help by mid afternoon. Sure enough at about 12:30 Carson and Matt showed up. They identified the issue fairly quickly and repaired our pump, as well as making a couple fix-ups to the initial installation by others. They were extremely courteous and professional. Outstanding service all around. I will highly recommend SP to others

I wish there was a chance for extra stars for this company. It is never a great feeling when the sewer alarm goes off on a Sunday night. I call sp Sunday night expecting to get a voicemail- they answered! Monday morning there was a team here- with the replacement pump and it was done with in an hour.When the invoice arrived there were no extra fees, no call out fee and to my surprise the amount quoted for the replacement pump/grinder included install, so no additional install costs. My neighbour had the exact same issue a year ago and his cost was double what we paid!Everyone has been such a delight to deal with and really made such a stressful situation so much easier.Thanks SP team!!

I have used this company three times and each time they have been outstanding. The phone is answered promptly by Brian the owner, who listens to the problem and has a team out to my house within a day of calling.Recently I had an issue of a noise coming from my septic field and Bryan sent out Carson snd Matt to come investigate. They took the time to listen and identify where the noise was coming from (which had nothing to do with the septic system) and proceeded to thoroughly investigate my whole water system. This took some time and they worked as a team. They found a water leak outside underground and went on to fix the problem. They also fixed a leaky outside faucet! Matt and Carson were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough.The skills and expertise they displayed were exemplary. This company is amazing. Truly.

Very happy with service provided to pump out our septic tank & install access lids to our tank. The technician was able to find & remove a blockage that may have gone undetected if not for his knowledge of the system. I would use them again.

We had our septic tank pumped by this company. The service was everything you would expect, friendly, efficient and done professionally.The shock came when we received the invoice. Our fault for not getting a quote first but, assumed all companies would be within the same ballpark.First, we were charged for more septage than our tank would hold and second, the overall charge was almost 50% higher than the company who had pumped our tank previously. (quoted at todays rate)They may be good, clean and quick but, make sure you have fat wallet if you hire this company.

I had a new septic system installed by SP pump and Tank. It was professionally done for a very fair price. The finished product looks fantastic. Brian took care of us while we were waiting by coming back to the house and pumping the tank out a second time. Blake did a great job of all the plumbing and took the time to explain the system and all of its simple maintenanceThanks to Blake and Brian and the team for a job well doneI would recommend these guys for any of your septic needs

Great company! I asked to have them come to my home and do an assessment of my system and they were happy to but Once I explained the problem I was having They told me how to fix it myself In minutes at no cost! The kind of customer service you don’t see much anymore!!

These guys were great. Came out same day and unblocked my septic line for a much more reasonable charge than what was quoted from other companies. Brian provided advice over the phone and when that didn't resolve the issue, had his folks come out that same afternoon. They went out of their way to make sure that I had what I needed (they came out to unblock the septic line but also cleared my bathroom sink line at the same time as well as provided advice on my aerator). Will absolutely use them again.

This company was great. The grinder pump in my backyard stopped working so sewage was leaking into yard. They installed a new one the same day for half the price another plumber had quoted me. The company who makes the pumps recommended them. I worked with Brian and he was great. A “can do. Don’t worry; Let me take care of it” kind of guy.

Highly Recommend S & P . Brian and his Staff are extremely friendly and Professional. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They even showed up a second time to see if I was Satisfied ! Although our initial call to SP Pump and Tanks was late in the day Brian responded by phone very quickly. He was able to send out a pump truck and operator (Carston) early the next morning, followed by a well qualified technician (Blake). Several option for resolve the issue were provided with the Technician. Ultimately Blake was able to disassemble and repair our e/one pump onsite. Parts were either stocked in his service truck or were dispatched from SP Pump's office. Repairs were completed very quickly and Blake and Carston left the site clean and tidy. Very personable and professional, responsive, and remarkable value.
